A Personally Sponsored Affiliate (PSA) is an SFI affiliate you sponsor and to whom you are directly responsible for providing leadership and support. You can earn up to 50% of CV on your PSA's purchases and 1 Rewardical for every 10 they earn (see Compensation Plan for details). Your PSAs, through their own team-building efforts, also contribute to your overall team profitability through Generation Override Commissions.

There are numerous ways to refer PSAs to your team.
